EULAR Sjögren's Syndrome Disease Activity Index. Twelve weighted domains of systemic activity, scored on current activity attributable to Sjögren's disease. Maximum total 123.

Disease activity levels: low below 5, moderate 5 to 13, high 14 or above. A clinically meaningful improvement is a fall of at least 3 points.
Score only activity that is current and attributable to Sjögren's disease. Damage, infection, drug effects and comorbidity are excluded. ESSDAI does not capture dryness, fatigue and pain, which are measured separately with ESSPRI.
